1 - First you need to download latest utorrent client from http://www.utorrent.com/ and install it in loacal pc
2 - If a post containing a torrent ,it will be attached at the end of the post ,click and download it to desktop.
3 - unzip the downloadede file and u can get a ( .torrent) file double click and strat the download in utorrent client
